  • Get your B12

    Manage mild deficiency with over-the-counter vitamin B12 supplements; a frank vitamin B12 deficiency should be treated and monitored by a healthcare provider

  • Add vitamins to your vegan diet

    If you follow a strict vegan diet, take a daily B12 supplement of at least 2.4 mcg to lower your risk of deficiency
