Calcium D-glucarate is available in capsules and tablets. Foods high in glucaric acid (a form of calcium D-glucarate) include apples, brussel sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, and bean sprouts.1

Calcium D-glucarate is not an essential nutrient, and thus no deficiency state exists.
