Cilantro Chimichurri
Ingredients
- 1 cup cilantro, packed
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp red or white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Directions
- Combine cilantro, garlic, vinegar, oregano, cumin, and red pepper flakes in a food processor. Pulse until fine.
- Turn food processor on and stream in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
