Green Black-Eyed Peas
Ingredients
- 2 cups shelled fresh black-eyed peas and snaps
- 2 tsp butter
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
Directions
- Add peas, butter, water, and salt to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 30–45 minutes until tender.
