Ingredients

  • 2 slabs pork baby back ribs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbs ground coriander
  • 2 Tbs lemon juice
  • 2 tsp red chile flakes
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • In blender container blend all ingredients except ribs until smooth. Spread paste evenly on ribs. Roast in shallow pan in 350 degree F. oven for 1-1/2 hours until ribs are tender.
