Ingredients

  • 2 fish loins, cut in half OR 4 fish steaks or thick fillets
  • 1 Tbs vegetable oil
  • 1-2 Tbs honey-flavored barbecue sauce
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1/4 cup deli coleslaw (optional)

Directions

  • Brush both sides of each fish piece with oil. Grill over medium hot coals for 5 minutes. Turn and brush tops with one-tablespoon barbecue sauce. Cook 5 minutes. Place fish on buns that have been lightly spread with additional barbecue sauce. If desired, top each piece with one-tablespoon coleslaw. Cover with top of bun and serve at once. Serve with lettuce, tomato and red onion.
