Nouveau Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 425g artichoke hearts, one 15-ounce can
- 120g light mayonnaise
- 115g lowfat yogurt
- 60g Parmesan or Romano cheese, grated
- 2g dried tarragon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Drain artichokes and coarsely chop.
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir to thoroughly blend. Place in a small oven-proof casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
