Tinnitus (Ringing in the Ears)
Although homoeopathic substances listed in this article are generally not known to cause serious side effects, their effectiveness has not been demonstrated by scientific research. Consumers should check labels carefully, since a homoeopathic product that is not diluted, or not diluted enough, may contain ingredients that cause allergic reactions, side effects, or interactions. It is always advisable to discuss any new treatment program with your healthcare practitioner.

Tinnitus can be a symptom of a few conditions, some of them serious. See your doctor before self-medicating. Ringing, roaring, buzzing, and other noises in the ears that are unrelated to external sounds can be intermittent or continuous. This condition can be very distracting and irritating, and is sometimes associated with partial hearing loss. Tinnitus can accompany other conditions related to the ears and nervous system, some of which need a physician’s assessment and treatment. Homoeopathic remedies often reduce the discomfort and frustration that come with tinnitus.
