Creamy White Bean Dip
Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 10g parsley sprigs
- 300g cannelini beans, cooked, rinsed and drained one can
- 15g fresh lemon juice
- 30g light sour cream
- 5g Tabasco sauce
- 1g salt
- 1g pepper
Directions
- In food processor, add garlic and parsley; process until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
- Chill before serving.
Serving size is 2 Tbsp (30g).
