Lemon Poppy Seed Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 1 small head cabbage, shredded
- 2 medium carrots, shredded
- 1/2 sweet onion, sliced thinly
- Dressing2 tsp poppy seeds
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 Tbs red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 1 pinch kosher salt, or to taste
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
Directions
- Prepare vegetables.
- In a stainless steel mixing bowl, combine all dressing ingredients and whisk well. Add vegetables.
- Place stainless steel bowl over low heat and toss slaw until it is just barely wilted. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
