Mango Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 large mangos, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced (optional)
- 1 small bunch cilantro, chopped finely
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix well and let sit for at least 15 minutes before serving so flavors can combine.
