Nondairy frozen desserts are available as substitutes for ice cream, sorbet, sherbet, frozen sandwiches, fudge pops, fruit pops, and sundaes. They are commonly made from soya, coconut, almond, and other plant-based milks, and come in a wide variety of flavours and styles. Low-fat, fat-free, and sugar-free versions are available.
